Lesson plans for differentiation can be taxing but in the end, we are here for the children. I know that is a cliche but there is an abundance of truth to it. There is no doubt that introducing more differentiation in the classroom will bring about more planning time and may push a teacher outside his or her comfort zone, the rewards are limitless. I think if provides for a more open, relaxing, atmosphere where students embrace their differences instead of trying to compensate for their weaknesses. I really had an enjoyable time learning new techniques for differentiation. I know that the next time I hear this word, I wont cringe like I used to do. Below is my lesson plan and all the links that I would use to carry it out. I also have my survey and rubric even though I have them on the lesson plan as well.
